Aldar has kept the precise plot boundaries under wraps, with full details due once the community reaches its public launch.
Yas Island already carries Aldar's stamp through communities such as Yas Acres and Yas Park Views, alongside entertainment venues including Yas Marina Circuit, Ferrari World Abu Dhabi, Warner Bros. World Abu Dhabi, and Yas Mall. Sheikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Highway links the island directly to Abu Dhabi International Airport, a short drive away, and to the capital's downtown core. The island's golf course, marina, and beach clubs sit within the same stretch of coastline as the new villa plots.
