Yas Park Place

Yas Park Place is a six-building residential complex developed by Aldar Properties on Yas Island in Abu Dhabi. The project spans eleven residential levels per building and includes studios, one, two, and three-bedroom apartments, as well as two-bedroom duplexes. Interiors were created by DiLeonardo studio and come in two colour palettes. Large windows bring in natural light, and layouts are planned to maximise usable space across all unit sizes.

Yas Island is one of Abu Dhabi's busiest leisure destinations, home to Ferrari World, Yas Waterworld, Yas Marina Circuit, and a waterfront promenade. The complex sits near park areas and landscaped gardens, creating a buffer from the island's commercial zones. Residents are ten minutes from Zayed International Airport and twenty minutes from Saadiyat Island, with Dubai reachable in roughly fifty minutes by road.
