Damac Lagoons is positioned in eastern Dubai, near Dubailand and Dubai Sports City. The district is approximately 20 minutes from Dubai Marina, 25 minutes from Downtown Dubai, and 30 minutes from Dubai International Airport. The area is connected by Al Qudra Road, giving residents access to schools, retail centers, and healthcare facilities. The district is built around man-made lagoons, parks, and walking paths.
Valencia is held under freehold ownership. Handover is scheduled for Q1 2029. The project is in the pre-launch phase, with the exact location and final amenities to be confirmed.
