The Caden is a residential building by Golden Bridge, developed by Prescott, located in Meydan Horizon within Mohammed Bin Rashid City, Dubai. The building has 20 residential floors and includes one- to three-bedroom apartments, residences with a study, four-bedroom duplexes, and a penthouse. The design uses glass facades, light materials, and balconies facing the lagoon and city skyline. Interiors are finished with warm tones and equipped with smart home systems for lighting, temperature, and daily functions.
Meydan Horizon is ten minutes from Downtown Dubai, Dubai Mall, and DIFC, 15 minutes from Dubai International Airport, and 20 minutes from Mall of the Emirates. The district sits between the urban core and the surrounding lagoon areas, which allows both connectivity and separation from busier zones.
The building includes an infinity pool, fitness center, spa, private cinema, landscaped gardens, a children's play area, and terraces. The development is freehold and scheduled for completion in Q3 2028. Contact Photon Estate for available units.
