Meraas Developer has launched Solaya 8, an apartment building forming part of the Solaya residential collection in La Mer, Dubai. The building continues the horizontal, clean-lined architecture used across the wider development, with layouts zoned between living and private areas and finished in a neutral material palette.
La Mer sits along the Jumeirah coastline, close to J1 Beach, beach clubs, and restaurants, with the Mandarin Oriental Jumeirah, Bvlgari Resort Dubai, and Four Seasons Resort Dubai all nearby. Downtown Dubai, The Dubai Mall, and Burj Khalifa are roughly 15 minutes away, and Dubai International Airport is about a 20-minute drive.
