Danube Properties has announced Shahrukhz Residences by Danube, an apartment project planned for Dubai Maritime City. The waterfront district sits on Dubai's coastline, and the developer has set a launch date of November 2026 for the project, while the exact plot and unit mix are still being finalized.
Dubai Maritime City occupies a peninsula between Port Rashid and Jumeirah, giving the district direct frontage onto the Arabian Gulf. The area is being developed as a mixed-use maritime hub with marina berths, waterfront promenades, and ship-repair facilities, and sits within a short drive of Downtown Dubai, DIFC, and Dubai International Airport.
Shahrukhz Residences by Danube will be offered under Dubai's freehold ownership structure, open to buyers of any nationality. Beyond the confirmed November 2026 launch, the developer has not yet released a handover date; this listing will be updated once further details are published.
