Seascape

Seascape is a residential development by Emaar Properties in Mina Rashid, Dubai. The complex comprises four towers between 6 and 18 floors, offering 1, 2, and 3-bedroom apartments within walking distance of the marina and promenade. The design draws inspiration from maritime architecture, while interiors use warm tones and wooden elements throughout living spaces.

Mina Rashid sits along Dubai's coast, placing residents five minutes from a private beach and fifteen minutes from Dubai International Airport.
