Riverside Views - Marine 2

Damac Properties developed Riverside Views - Marine 2, a two-block residential complex in Damac Riverside. Each block rises fourteen floors above three podium levels that house parking, amenities, and ground-floor facilities. The project contains one- and two-bedroom apartments with ergonomic layouts and floor-to-ceiling glazing. The window design maximizes natural light while framing water and landscape views from all residential units.

The location provides twenty-minute access to Dubai Marina, twenty-five minutes to Downtown Dubai, and thirty-five minutes to Dubai International Airport. Waterfront promenades connect the residential blocks with Portofino and Island Restaurant on the ground floor, creating a continuous pedestrian route along the water edge. The podium structure links both towers while maintaining distinct identities for each residential block. Damac Riverside as a whole contains multiple sub-projects, with Marine 2 positioned along the waterfront section.
