RAW District II by Imtiaz

RAW District 2 is a mixed-use development announced by Imtiaz Developments in Downtown Jebel Ali, a planned urban district in the southern corridor of Dubai. The building is designed to hold a range of residential and commercial uses in a single structure: studios, one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments occupy the upper floors, while office suites and retail units fill the lower levels. This combination is relatively uncommon in the Jebel Ali corridor, where most existing stock is either purely residential or industrial.

Downtown Jebel Ali is positioned along Sheikh Zayed Road near the Jebel Ali Free Zone, roughly midway between central Dubai and Abu Dhabi. The area is served by the Dubai Metro Red Line, with Life Pharmacy Metro Station directly adjacent to the project site. Proximity to Jebel Ali Port and the free zone has historically attracted business travellers and employees working in the logistics and trade sector. Retail infrastructure in the area is growing as the district transitions toward a denser mixed-use urban format.
