The unit range starts with one-bedroom apartments and moves up through two-bedroom and three-bedroom apartments with a maid's room, to three-bedroom townhouses. The largest residences occupy a half floor or a full floor of the building.
Dubai Hills Estate is a master-planned community built around a golf course and a large central park. Dubai Hills Mall is located inside the community, and the area also has schools, clinics and green walking routes. Emaar developed Dubai Hills together with Meraas, and the community sits between Downtown Dubai and the Al Khail Road corridor, which links it with the rest of the city.
The apartments are sold freehold. Handover is planned for the fourth quarter of 2030.
