KORE by Imtiaz is a residential apartment complex by Imtiaz Developments in Dubailand Residence Complex, Dubai. The concept is built around wellness and longevity: the building has a gym and lifestyle amenities, and it stands directly on the area's main boulevard. Apartments are planned with unobstructed views of The Heaven and The Centro, two neighbouring developments.

Dubailand Residence Complex is a mixed residential district in the inland part of Dubai, close to Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road and Al Qudra Road. Because the district is still being built out, the surrounding streets, parks and community retail are arriving alongside new towers. For residents this means a quieter setting than the waterfront areas, and for investors it means entry points that are generally lower than in central Dubai. Exact distances to schools, the metro and malls will be confirmed once Imtiaz publishes the full master plan.

The project is sold freehold. The developer has announced two payment structures, a standard plan and a post-handover plan that lets part of the balance be paid after the keys are received. The launch date, unit types and handover quarter have not been announced yet.
