Expo Valley Views - Roudah

Expo Valley Views - Roudah is a residential apartment building developed by Expo City, located within the Expo Valley Views community in Dubai Expo City. The building has a ground floor and nine residential floors. Its architectural concept is drawn from the natural contours of the surrounding valley: warm sand and stone finishes, terraced landscaping, and water features are used throughout the site to connect the buildings to the land.

The development contains one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom apartments. Interiors are available in two colour palettes using natural materials and soft textures. The community infrastructure includes an infinity pool, a children pool, yoga zones, a kids club, playgrounds, a multipurpose hall, a community plaza, and outdoor dining and barbecue areas, as well as walking paths through the landscaped green belt.
