Creek Views 4

Creek View 4 is a residential tower developed by Azizi Developments in Al Jaddaf, a low-density waterfront district on the banks of the Dubai Creek. The building consists of three basement levels, a ground floor, four podium levels, fourteen residential floors, and a rooftop.

Its distinguishing architectural feature is a softly rounded upper section with embedded lighting, sitting above stacked balconies and glass curtain walls. The unit mix includes one-bedroom apartments and a three-bedroom penthouse, all with fully fitted kitchens and open floor plans. Retail spaces occupy the lower levels.

Creek View 4 is a freehold development with handover scheduled for Q4 2028. The project is in an expression-of-interest phase, with the official launch date to be confirmed.
