About the Project Azizi Florence Siena
Azizi Siena forms part of the Mediterranean-styled trio within Azizi Developments' Florence masterplan in Um Fanain, Sharjah, alongside Versilia and Pienza. The cluster is made up of four- to six-bedroom villas and three- to four-bedroom townhouses. Handover is scheduled for the third quarter of 2029, and the cluster's launch date has not yet been confirmed.
Azizi Siena is one of six clusters inside the Azizi Florence masterplan that Azizi Developments is building in Um Fanain, Sharjah. Its architecture draws on Mediterranean references, a theme it shares with the neighboring Versilia and Pienza clusters, while Lucardo, Bellarno and Soffiano follow a separate design direction elsewhere in the community. Azizi Siena consists of four-, five- and six-bedroom villas together with three- and four-bedroom townhouses.
The Um Fanain district runs along Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road, about ten minutes from Sharjah International Airport and Sharjah University, fifteen minutes from Emirates Road, and twenty minutes from Dubai International Airport. Residents of Azizi Siena reach a shared central park with sport courts, a children's play area and dancing fountains, plus swimming pools within the cluster. Two mosques and a Community Mall with a medical clinic are planned for the wider Azizi Florence community.
Azizi Siena is offered on a freehold basis to UAE nationals and foreign buyers. It has been announced as a new launch within Azizi Florence, with the release date yet to be confirmed and handover set for the third quarter of 2029.
