About the Project Azizi Florence Pienza
Azizi Pienza combines apartments with four- to six-bedroom villas, some with double-height living spaces and rooftop terraces, plus three- to four-bedroom townhouses, inside the Azizi Florence masterplan by Azizi Developments in Um Fanain, Sharjah. Azizi Developments is developing Azizi Pienza as part of the six-cluster Azizi Florence masterplan in Um Fanain, Sharjah, drawing on Mediterranean design references alongside the neighboring Versilia and Siena clusters. The lineup covers apartments, four-, five- and six-bedroom villas with double-height living spaces, rooftop terraces and an elevator, plus three- and four-bedroom townhouses.
Um Fanain sits along Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road, close to ten minutes from Sharjah International Airport and Sharjah University, around fifteen minutes from Emirates Road, and about twenty minutes from Dubai International Airport.
Azizi Pienza carries the fullest amenity line-up in the masterplan: a central park with basketball, tennis and volleyball courts, dancing fountains, theme and water parks, a weekend market and an art and cultural plaza.
A Community Mall adds a cinema, steam and massage rooms, a supermarket and a medical clinic, alongside restaurants, cafes, picnic and barbecue areas, an outdoor fitness zone, swimming pools and two mosques.
Azizi Pienza is sold on a freehold basis, open to UAE nationals and foreign buyers. The cluster has been announced as a new launch, with its release date still pending and handover set for the third quarter of 2029.
