About the Project Azizi Florence Bellarno
Azizi Bellarno is one of six clusters in the Azizi Florence masterplan by Azizi Developments in Um Fanain, Sharjah, grouped with Lucardo and Soffiano under a shared design language. The cluster comprises four- to six-bedroom villas and three- to four-bedroom townhouses. Handover is set for the third quarter of 2029, with the launch date still to be announced.
Azizi Developments is building Azizi Bellarno as one of six clusters that make up the Azizi Florence masterplan in Um Fanain, Sharjah. Bellarno shares its design language with the Lucardo and Soffiano clusters, while Versilia, Pienza and Siena draw on Mediterranean influences elsewhere in the same community. The cluster is built around four-, five- and six-bedroom villas together with three- and four-bedroom townhouses.
Um Fanain runs along Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road, roughly ten minutes from Sharjah International Airport and Sharjah University, about fifteen minutes from Emirates Road, and twenty minutes from Dubai International Airport. Residents of Azizi Bellarno share access to a central park with sport courts, a children's play area and dancing fountains, plus swimming pools scattered through the cluster. Two mosques and a Community Mall with a medical clinic serve the wider Azizi Florence community.
Ownership at Azizi Bellarno is freehold, open to UAE nationals and foreign buyers alike. The cluster has been announced as a new launch, with its exact release date still pending; handover is scheduled for the third quarter of 2029.
