Sobha Sanctuary Phase II
Sobha Sanctuary Phase II is the second phase of the Sobha Sanctuary master community, developed by Sobha Realty in Dubai. The project consists of four- to six-bedroom villas and townhouses set within a nature-oriented enclave that includes a lagoon, Zen garden, forest walks, and sports courts, roughly 30 minutes from Downtown Dubai.
Sobha Sanctuary Phase II is the second release within the Sobha Sanctuary master community, delivered by Sobha Realty, a developer known for in-house construction across Dubai.
