Cherrywoods
Cherrywoods is a gated freehold townhouse community by Meraas Developer in the Dubailand district of Dubai, handed over in early 2022. The project groups 3 and 4-bedroom townhouses around a central park with a lake, cycling paths and a community retail strip.
Cherrywoods is a gated townhouse community developed by Meraas in the Al Yalayis 1 area of Dubailand, Dubai. The project arranges clusters of two-storey townhouses in three- and four-bedroom configurations, each with a private garden and parking for two vehicles. Handover was completed in the first quarter of 2022. Facades draw on Mediterranean influences, combining light renders with textured natural finishes and outdoor terraces.
Dubailand is a large residential belt in the south of the city. Town Square and the Mira Oasis cluster are a few minutes away by car, and schools operating in Mudon and Arabian Ranches 2 are within a five to six minute drive. The route to Dubai Sports City and Motor City takes roughly thirteen minutes, while Dubai Miracle Garden and Global Village can be reached in about twenty minutes.
