Binghatti Skyflame Tower II is a freehold residential tower by Binghatti Developers in the Majan district of Dubai. Binghatti Skyflame Tower II is the second tower within the Binghatti Skyflame project, developed by Binghatti Developers in the Majan district of Dubai. The building rises twenty-two residential floors above five podium levels and a ground floor, topped by a mechanical floor and roof.
Its exterior is characterised by tiered terraces and sweeping horizontal lines that give the tower a sculptural profile. The collection of residences includes studios, one-bedroom apartments, and two-bedroom apartments, together with a number of ground-floor retail outlets.
Interiors use warm natural tones and clean architectural lines with selected materials that avoid visual excess.
Majan is a mixed-use district in Dubailand positioned alongside Mohammed Bin Zayed Road. It sits close to the established entertainment and leisure corridor that includes the Meydan Hotel and Race Course nine minutes away, as well as Miracle Garden and Butterfly Garden roughly twelve minutes from the tower. The Museum of the Future, Dubai Frame, and Dubai International Airport are all within a twenty-minute drive, making the location workable for both daily commuting and occasional city visits.
Binghatti Skyflame Tower II is a freehold development available for purchase by any nationality. Handover is scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2027.
