Terra Woods

Terra Woods is a residential community developed by Emaar Properties in Dubai Expo City, the district built around the site of Expo 2020 Dubai in the south-western part of the emirate. The project consists of three buildings, each with a ground floor and twelve residential floors, containing one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments as well as townhouses with direct garden access.

Dubai Expo City has been repurposed as a mixed-use urban district following the world’s fair, retaining its pavilions and public spaces as business venues, cultural institutions, and event facilities. Al Maktoum International Airport, which is undergoing a major expansion, is ten minutes away by car. Dubai Marina is fifteen minutes north, and Downtown Dubai can be reached in approximately thirty-five minutes.
