Majid Al Futtaim closes the Tilal Al Ghaf development with Amara, a collection of twin villas near Dubai Sports City. Each home has 3 to 5 bedrooms across three floors connected by an elevator. Every villa contains a private gym, sauna and garage with space for multiple cars. The plot accommodates a swimming pool and recreation areas. Nabil Gholam Architects designed the exterior facades in gray and beige tones using natural stone and metal details. Bergman Design House handled the interiors with light colors and natural materials throughout the living spaces. Tilal Al Ghaf sits between Emirates Road and Al Qudra Road, placing Dubai Marina and Downtown Dubai within easy reach.
