IMKAN Properties developed Sunstone, a 28-floor residential on Al Reem Island in Abu Dhabi with two basement levels, ground floor, and two-level podium. The building houses 1-4 bedroom apartments and 3-4 bedroom duplexes with built-in kitchen appliances, natural tone interiors, and panoramic balconies. Select layouts include a dedicated staff room for larger households. The design draws inspiration from coastal beaches with lines and forms that reference the surrounding sea and sky.

Reem Island sits in the Makers District, 20 minutes from Downtown Abu Dhabi, Guggenheim Museum, Louvre Abu Dhabi, and Zayed Museum, 30 minutes from Abu Dhabi International Airport, and 50 minutes from Al Maktoum International Airport.
