IMKAN Properties developed Sunstone, a 28-floor residential on Al Reem Island in Abu Dhabi with two basement levels, ground floor, and two-level podium. The building houses 1-4 bedroom apartments and 3-4 bedroom duplexes with built-in kitchen appliances, natural tone interiors, and panoramic balconies. Select layouts include a dedicated staff room for larger households. The design draws inspiration from coastal beaches with lines and forms that reference the surrounding sea and sky.
