Arada Properties developed Aljada Il Teatro Residences 1, 2 in Muwaileh Commercial, Sharjah. The project consists of two identical mid-rise buildings, each with seven residential floors and rooftop amenities including an infinity pool and relaxation areas. Residents can choose from two- to three-bedroom apartments or two- to three-bedroom lofts.

The towers sit within the Aljada community, overlooking a theater designed by renowned Japanese architect Tadao Ando.
