Aldar Properties collaborated with world-renowned architect Koichi Takada to develop Mamsha Palm on Saadiyat Island in Abu Dhabi. The 7-storey structure (two basements, ground floor, six residential floors) contains 44 exclusive residences with 1-3 bedrooms and three two-storey Japanese-style 4-bedroom sky villas with Guggenheim Museum views. Biophilic design inspired by palm tree canopies permeates the project, with materials and finishes reflecting Takada's architectural vision.
Saadiyat Island places residents near Louvre Abu Dhabi (5 minutes), Yas Island (15 minutes), Abu Dhabi International Airport and Corniche Beach (20 minutes).
