The 7-storey structure (two basements, ground floor, six residential floors) contains 44 exclusive residences with 1-3 bedrooms and three two-storey Japanese-style 4-bedroom sky villas with Guggenheim Museum views. Biophilic design inspired by palm tree canopies permeates the project, with materials and finishes reflecting Takada's architectural vision.
Saadiyat Island places residents near Louvre Abu Dhabi (5 minutes), Yas Island (15 minutes), Abu Dhabi International Airport and Corniche Beach (20 minutes). Zayed National Museum and Guggenheim Abu Dhabi, pristine beaches, restaurants, and shopping centers are within reach. The location allows easy access to key Abu Dhabi areas.
Exclusive amenities include a double-height lobby, bathhouse, concierge, children's playground, rooftop pool area, sauna and ice bath, tea room, and gym. The project is scheduled for Q1 2028 handover under freehold ownership. Contact Photon Estate for available units.
