The Hillgate

Ellington Properties built The Hillgate, a twin-tower residential development in Dubai Silicon Oasis. Tower A offers sixteen residential floors, a ground floor, and a rooftop. Tower B offers thirteen residential floors, a ground floor, a roof, lower ground floor, and two underground floors. The project combines contemporary design with functionality.

Studios and 1-4 bedroom apartments feature spacious interiors with panoramic windows filled with natural light. Soft textures create coziness, and finishes add quality to living spaces. The minimalist exterior emphasizes contemporary style, while the combined courtyard creates a relaxation space. Amenities include a swimming pool, gym, lobby, co-working area, and recreational spaces.
