Monaco Mansions

Azizi Developments built Monaco Mansions, a collection of over one hundred ultra-luxury villas in Dubai South. The project is part of the large-scale Azizi Venice development, consisting of eight clusters surrounded by Venetian lagoons and green parks. Villas have six to eight bedrooms. Each villa occupies four levels connected by elevator. Two swimming pools are included, one on the ground floor and one on the roof with relaxation terrace. Interiors feature designer furniture, sculptural staircases, crystal chandeliers, and panoramic windows. Every villa has lounges, bar areas, home cinema, study, fitness center, and private spa complex with hammam, sauna, massage rooms, and ice shower.
