The Highgrove

The Highgrove is an under-construction residential building by Ellington Properties located in Bukadra, part of Mohammed Bin Rashid City in Dubai. The tower rises 31 floors above a four-level podium and ground floor, housing one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments alongside penthouses and duplex units. Construction began in 2024 with completion scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2027. A crystal-clear lagoon borders the property, accessible directly from the ground-level amenities deck.
