The Gate

Reportage Properties developed The Gate, a residential complex in Masdar City, Abu Dhabi. The project consists of a 7-story building containing studios and 1-4 bedroom apartments, alongside 16 townhouses with 3-bedroom layouts. The exterior combines functional design with arabesque decorations that reference the eco-city concept. Residences feature neutral color palettes, high-quality finishes, and abundant natural light.
