Grand Bleu Tower

Emaar Properties partnered with designer Elie Saab to create Grand Bleu Tower in Dubai Harbour's Beach Front district. The development consists of two towers: one with 45 residential floors above 6 podium levels, the other with 26 floors. Elie Saab designed the interiors with natural tones, geometric layouts, and high-end materials. Balconies and panoramic windows overlook the bay and city. Beach Front connects to Sheikh Zayed Road. Dubai Marina is 5 minutes by car, Downtown Dubai 25 minutes, and both international airports are accessible within 25-45 minutes. The waterfront location places residents near marinas, restaurants, and retail along Dubai Harbour. Handover occurred in Q2 2024 under freehold ownership terms.
