Peninsula One is a residential tower developed by Select Group on the Dubai Water Canal in Business Bay. The project consists of a 33-storey main tower housing 433 apartments, plus two low-rise buildings containing 85 waterfront singleplexes. Unit configurations range from 1-3 bedrooms, all with canal or city views and fitted interiors. Business Bay is a central business district with direct metro access. The complex sits next to Business Bay metro station and alongside Sheikh Zayed Road, providing connectivity to all Dubai areas.
