Phase 1 launches three distinct sub-communities with handover in Q4 2029: River Cove Residences (two waterfront towers, 1 and 2-bedroom apartments with canal and marina views from AED 1.31M), The Terraces (3 and 4-bedroom Garden Villas with private majlis, semi-detached and stand-alone, from AED 4.96M), and The Orchard (4, 5, and 6-bedroom Estate Villas with private pools and passenger lifts, from AED 9.05M).
