South Haven 2

South Haven 2 is a residential development by SAMANA Developers in Dubai, listed under the Dubai Industrial City district. The launch date and the exact location are still to be announced. The building has six residential floors, with studios, one-bedroom apartments in several layouts and two-bedroom apartments with a storage room. Layouts are functional, with a calm interior colour palette. The rooftop has additional spaces for leisure and sports.

The architecture combines clean lines, panoramic glazing and spacious balconies with rounded corners. Light-coloured facades have warm accents and integrated landscaping. Amenities include swimming pools, an outdoor fitness area, a jacuzzi, sauna and steam room, a jogging track, an outdoor cinema, a co-working space and children's areas. The developer gives approximately 15 to 20 minutes to Al Maktoum International Airport, Expo City, Ibn Battuta Mall, Dubai Investment Park, Dubai Marina, Legoland Dubai Parks & Resorts and Jebel Ali.

Ownership is freehold. Handover is planned for Q3 2029. Current layouts and starting prices are shown on the project page.
