Al Ghadeer Gardens

Al Ghadeer Gardens is a project by Aldar Properties in the Al Layyan area of Abu Dhabi, positioned near the border between Abu Dhabi and Dubai. The community consists of 437 residences integrated into a natural landscape with generous open spaces. Two- and three-bedroom townhouses and four-bedroom villas are available. Architecture follows a restrained minimalist approach with pedestrian-priority streets, shaded walkways and planted tree canopies throughout. Interior finishes use natural materials across spacious, well-lit floor plans.

Al Layyan sits at a crossroads between the two largest emirates in the UAE. Al Maktoum International Airport is sixteen minutes away by car and Zayed National Airport thirty-five minutes. Dubai International Airport can be reached in forty-five minutes and Abu Dhabi City centre in about fifty. This positioning suits residents who divide time between both emirates or need regular access to multiple airports.
