The Sanctuary

The Sanctuary is a villa community developed by Ellington Properties in MBR District 11 (Meydan South). The master community consists of several clusters including The Beachfront, The Waterside, and The Lakeview collections. Villas with 4-6 bedrooms are available. Each villa has three levels: two full floors and a rooftop level with a terrace.

Villas include fenced courtyards with parking, private pools, backyard gardens, and terraces. The community provides a shared swimming pool, barbecue area, playground, garden, basketball court, jogging track, tennis court, and football field. Villas are positioned in front of a blue lagoon with clear water and a white sandy beach. Beach loungers and umbrellas are available for residents.
