Azizi Florence

Azizi Florence is a townhouse and villa community developed by Azizi Developments in the Um Fanain district of Sharjah. The masterplan is organized into six clusters, split between Azizi Lucardo, Bellarno, and Soffiano on one side, and Azizi Versilia, Pienza, and Siena, which draw on Mediterranean architectural themes, on the other. The community includes three- and four-bedroom townhouses together with four-, five-, and six-bedroom villas.

Um Fanain sits along Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road, giving residents a roughly ten-minute drive to Sharjah International Airport and Sharjah University, around fifteen minutes to Emirates Road, and about twenty minutes to Dubai International Airport. Inside the community, residents have access to a central park with sports courts, a children's play area, dancing fountains, and multiple swimming pools. Two mosques and a Community Mall with a medical clinic are planned within walking distance of the clusters.
